Francesca Phillips is a certified UK Reiki Federation practitioner and has been using Reiki personally, to help family, friends, pets and herself, since 2015. Now she's on a mission to share the wonderfully relaxing energy of Reiki, with ALL who need help to 'Keep Calm and Carry On'. Francesca is currently offering mobile Reiki treatments to the Berkshire and Wokingham communities, as well as distance Reiki treatments via Zoom, to reach people outside of her current travel range.

This is a good starting point if you are new to Reiki and would like to trial the wonderfully relaxing benefits for yourself. This is also a great gift for someone else. First time clients recieve a free 30min consultation before a 55 minute full body treatment.

This package consists of three 55 minute, full-body Reiki treatments, with a free 30min consultation before your first treatment. With a discounted unit price of £40 per 55min Reiki treatment, you have the freedom to repeat your full body treatment, daily or weekly.

The Holistic package consists of six 55 minute, full-body Reiki treatments. With an even lower unit price of £35 per 55mins and a free 30min consultation, this package is a popular choice for those wanting to treat existing conditions regularly, with Reiki.

Workplace Well-Day Package

£360

This package is suitable for small groups of 12 people or less. It includes 12 individual 5 minute consultations followed by 12 individual 25 minute (half body) Reiki treatments, within a 6 hour day booking. Great for releasing stress within the working environment.

Cost breakdown: £30 per 25 minute treatment.

Workplace Well-3 Day Package

These work in a similar way to the Well-Day Package, except it works for larger groups of up to 36 people. It includes 36 individual 5 minute consultations followed by 36 individual 25 minute (half body) Reiki treatments, spread over three 6 hour day bookings.

Cost breakdown: £25 per 25 minute treatment.

These work in a similar way to the Well-Day and Well-3 Day Packages, except it's catered for larger groups of up to 60 people. It includes 60 individual 5 minute consultations followed by 60 individual 25 minute (half body) Reiki treatments, spread over five 6 hour day bookings.

What Reiki Is

Rei-Ki meaning ‘Universal Life Energy’, is a gentle and non-invasive complementary therapy, which activates the body's natural ability to heal itself. Reiki energy is channelled through the hands of an attuned practitioner, into the body of the receiver, allowing the treatment of physical ailments without pressure, manipulation or massage. Reiki can restore physical and emotional well-being, by relieving the symptoms caused by stress. Reiki has no religious associations, thereby making it accessible to all. It is safe to use on any person, including children, with additional positive benefits on pet and plant health.

Reiki Health Benefits

Reiki promotes the release of tension, which results in the balance of mind, body and emotions. Some of the benefits may include a decrease in emotional stress and reduced physical pain, inducing an overall improvement in quality of life. For example: Relieving anxiety and depression, pain management, and fatigue reduction.

Reiki Method

Francesca practices the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of Reiki, which is a hands-on method, founded by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan, during the early 20th century. It has been recognised and approved as a complimentary therapy by the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Francesca is also a member of the UK Reiki Federation and follows a strict code of ethics and conduct to ensure that she maintains the highest standards of Reiki in all her treatments.

TREATMENT INFORMATION

Consultation

Before your first treatment, your practitioner Francesca will take you through a free consultation that usually lasts around 30 minutes, prior to discussing treatment options. During this consultation you will be asked some questions to create a short case history and to note the progress of your treatment. This process will not be necessary if you are a returning client, unless you wish to discuss something specific prior to your treatment.

Treatment

Your Reiki treatment will last 55 minutes for a full body or 25mins for a half body treatment. You will be asked to remove your shoes and lay on your back on the treatment bed, where you will be covered with a blanket (or sheet if you prefer). You will later be asked to turn onto your stomach (on full body treatments only). If you are unable to lay comfortably, you can be treated in an upright position on a suitable chair. You will never be required to remove your clothes. Please note that socks or tights must be worn. Temporary socks will be provided, should you forget to bring your own.

Booking & Payment

Our booking process has been upgraded, you can now book your treatments online. Simply select your chosen treatment from the list of packages on offer, and hit 'Book' to bring up a calendar of available dates. Please note; Full payment is required to secure your booking. After selecting a date and entering your details, you'll be directed to a secure Stripe payment section. On successful payment, you'll receive an email confirming your treatment booking. You will also be sent an email reminder, 24 hours before your booked treatment. You can also pay in person, by tapping your card on our Stripe enable device or via a Stripe payment link.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or re-schedule your booking by calling us on +44 (0) 7756 558525 or following the links on your confirmation email, up to 24hrs before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost. Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost.
